Kentucky's LGBTQ+ community has opportunity to share about their access and interactions with health -care services

The Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky is looking for participants in a study that aims to learn more about how lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer Kentuckians access and interact with health-care services.

Native Kentuckian and Duke University graduate student Cameron Love is conducting the study as a Master of Public Policy capstone project. In addition to Love's capstone project, the foundation will also use the findings for its future work and advocacy regarding health care for LGBTQ+ Kentuckians.

There are two parts of the study: an online survey and  an interview portion. The online survey is open to any adult Kentuckian who identifies as part of the LGBTQ+ community. Click here  to take the survey.

The survey is completely anonymous; participants only need to enter contact information if they wish to be considered for the interview portion. Love will reach out to anyone that gives their contact information and meets the criteria for the interview portion. Contact Cameron Love with any questions at cameron.love@duke.edu.
